ISPT has achieved State Significant Development approval for Elevation at Greystanes, a prime industrial and logistics estate of scale in Sydney’s west. This follows the strategic acquisition of the 18.7 ha site, which was purchased in three tranches across 2018, 2019 and 2021.
An exciting development
The state-of-the-art prime industrial and logistics estate will integrate excellence in urban design, architecture, landscape and environment principles, with a ~94,000 sqm development that includes seven warehouse facilities and provision for onsite amenity for the estate community. Elevation at Greystanes is in one of the most strategically located sites in Western Sydney, adjacent to the M4 motorway and close to the M4/M7 junction.
Ben Keen, General Manager of Logistics & Warehousing said
“ISPT is excited to secure this approval and bring Elevation at Greystanes to life. We’re expecting the development to make a positive contribution to Western Sydney and create growth through job opportunities during the construction and operational phases of the project.”
Energy efficiency built-in
Elevation at Greystanes is being designed and built to target a 5 Star Green Star As Built rating, and incorporates water sensitive urban design principles, energy efficiency, and biodiversity conservation.
This is one of 9 estates and 200 ha currently under development across the ISPT portfolio.
