ISPT delivers new warehouse at Charles Sturt Industrial Estate

ISPT has achieved practical completion of building 6 at Charles Sturt Industrial Estate, a premium estate in Adelaide’s northwest. We welcome a new customer to their home in the estate, having pre-committed to 3,829 sqm.  

A big year for Adelaide  

The completion of building 6 forms part of 18,500 sqm of warehouse accommodation delivered across 4 buildings in 2021, via a combination of pre-lease and speculative development. An additional 17,000 sqm of lease commitments have been finalised across 4 tenancies in the last 18 months.

ISPT is seeking customers for 18,200 sqm of warehouse accommodation to be delivered in the estate, across multiple development stages. This is one of 9 estates and 200 ha currently under development across the portfolio.
