ISPT’s inaugural Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) is a promise to listen to, learn from, and work with and for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples on positive, real-life steps towards a more reconciled Australia.

Development of the RAP has created greater strategic alignment and ensures we’re capturing all the great work being done in the cities and communities in which we operate. It has a natural alignment with our ESG Strategy and Framework and resonates strongly with our corporate values and existing diversity and inclusion practices.

Alicia Maynard, General Manager, Sustainability & Technical Services says

“ISPT’s RAP requires us to spend time reflecting on where we can step up, take action and impact this community in a positive and sustainable way. We have a target to embed reconciliation with First Nations peoples into all business processes and operations by 2025 and our RAP is an invitation to our people, partners, and stakeholders to be a part of this journey.”

We’re proud to join the growing number of organisations taking part in the RAP program and we’re dedicated to making a genuine and meaningful contribution to reconciliation in Australia.
