New facility underway at Portlink Industrial Estate
ISPT and our development partner Aliro Group celebrated the official sod turn of a new 41,100 sqm facility at Portlink Industrial Estate in Altona North, VIC. The master planned estate is strategically located close to major arterial roads and satellite areas.
The purpose-built facility will be one of the main warehouse and distribution hubs for Officeworks, who move into their new home in October 2022. They join key ISPT customer, Winning Group, who moved into the prime estate in 2021.

Portlink Logistics Estate is a key property in ISPT’s active development pipeline, which has over 200 ha of land across 9 estates in key Australian markets.
