Taking education to new heights with VU City Tower

ISPT, in partnership with Victoria University has officially opened the landmark education facility, VU City Tower. The 29-level vertical campus in Melbourne CBD is now the southern hemisphere’s tallest education facility.

A reimagined campus of the future
The campus consists of two buildings, the heritage listed Former Records Office at 295 Queen Street, which has been retained and developed into VU’s Law Campus, and the new VU City Tower which can accommodate up to 5,400 students. We also own the neighbouring heritage-listed Land Titles Office which was acquired for future restoration and development

Designed by Jackson Architecture with interiors by Woods Baggot, VU City Tower brings customer and community experience to the forefront. Student-centric spaces throughout the building encourage connection and collaboration while public integration zones open the building up to the broader community.

VU City Tower is a 5-star green star rated, industry-leading building that consolidates a number of VU’s former facilities into the one vertical education facility while revitalising this iconic part of the CBD.
