Tom Waters joins ISPT as new Head of Development – Commercial, Industrial, Retail & Mixed Use
ISPT are pleased to announce Tom Waters has joined in the new position of Head of Development – Commercial, Industrial, Retail & Mixed Use in our Investment and Development team.
Tom brings over 20 years of expertise in the property industry from both a construction and development perspective. He joins ISPT after eight years at Mirvac where he was most recently the NSW Commercial Development Director. Previous to this Tom held a variety of construction and delivery roles at Lend Lease, where he was for fourteen years.
Tom has extensive experience across multiple sectors and regions, including large scale projects Barangaroo in Sydney, 55 Pitt Street Sydney, Queensland Gallery of Modern Art in Brisbane and Top Ryde Shopping Centre in New South Wales
ISPT’s Chief Investment and Development Officer Will Walker announced, “Tom has a wealth of experience delivering complex, city-defining development projects. Tom’s appointment comes after ISPT announced in June 2023 that it had made a number of senior appointments, reshaping its Executive Leadership Team.
