ISPT welcomes Champions of Change 2023 Impact Report
ISPT today welcomed the release of the Champions of Change Coalition 2023 Impact Report, which is committed to accelerating inclusive gender equality in the workplace.
As a proud member of the Champions of Change Property Group, CEO Chris Chapple spoke of the many initiatives ISPT has implemented over the past year to continue advancing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) within our business. These culture-focused actions drove some of the highest results reported in the property industry with 51% women’s representation among all employees, and 60% female representation in key management positions.
“Embedding gender equity as part of our DEI strategy is essential to our business at ISPT,” CEO Chris Chapple commented.
“It not only ensures opportunities for women’s advancement but also makes our decision making richer due to diverse increased experience, expertise and perspectives. Our initiatives such as the CEO-hosted listening sessions to address barriers to women’s career progression, and line for line analysis of gender parity remuneration in like-for-like roles continues to recognise ISPT as a gender-equality leader in our industry.”
