Mandurah Forum shopping centre is set to become the first major regional shopping centre to serve the growing population south west of Perth after joint owners Federation Centres and ISPT received the green light for the Centre’s redevelopment.

Designed for the growing local community and visitors to the popular tourist region, this major redevelopment will transform Mandurah Forum, by adding more than 24,000 square metres of new retail floor space and the existing Centre will be completely revitalised to create an exceptional retail destination and a superior customer experience.

ISPT’s General Manager, Retail Services, Sam Curry said: “The redevelopment will deliver a design reflective of the local coastal lifestyle and extend the retail offerings by approximately 150 new stores.  Improved customer access will be delivered via a new rooftop car park with circa 3,000 car spaces.  Works will commence within the next 12 months.”
