ISPT secures major pre-lease at Portlink Logistics Estate
We’ve signed leading appliances retailer Winning Group to a 45,000 sqm, purpose-built facility at Portlink Logistics Estate in Melbourne’s western suburbs. Construction of the $300 million estate will commence in early 2020.
The pre-lease is one of the largest deals of 2019 and the completed facility will serve as Winning Group’s main Victorian warehouse and distribution centre.
