ISPT acquires 19th Avenue Shopping Centre on the Gold Coast

ISPT have recently acquired 19^th Avenue Shopping Centre in Palm Beach, Queensland.

The established neighbourhood shopping centre on the Gold Coast is anchored by a strong performing Woolworths supermarket plus 27 stores.

Cameron Gregson, Fund Manager for IRAPT says projected population growth between Burleigh and Coolangatta and an infrastructure program of airport upgrades and a rail extension made the centre a strong investment choice
