ISPT IN THE COMMUNITY
Local and beyond
ISPT has long-term philanthropic partnerships with Mother’s Day Classic, Fitted for Work, Chain Reaction, Property Industry Foundation and KARI Foundation. Supporting these groups means more to us than simply donating funds. We give our time, share our resources and amplify their messages through our properties.
- Mother’s Day Classic (MDC)
ISPT is a long-term sponsor of the MDC, created by Women in Super, and we take an active role in promoting events through our properties. We’ve turned some of our most prominent buildings pink in support of the MDC and each year we rally our property partners, friends and family to partake in the events. - Fitted for Work
Fitted for Work is a not-for-profit organisation that helps Australian women experiencing disadvantage get back into the workforce. We organise regular clothing collection hubs in our properties an encourage our own team to donate, with a dedicated collection point in our Melbourne office. - Chain Reaction
Chain Reaction is a long-distance cycling event for senior executives that raises money for sick children. Riders benefit from a valuable networking opportunity and the immense satisfaction of directly helping children in need. Members of ISPT team have participated in many Chain Reaction events and raised funds for this important cause. - Property Industry Foundation
The Property Industry Foundation brings the property and construction industry together to build homes for homeless youth. In addition to financial support, ISPT hosts the annual Wrap Night each year, bringing together volunteers who sort and gift wrap donated toiletries for homeless and disadvantaged youths. - KARI Foundation
KARI Foundation celebrates Aboriginal excellence by building corporate partnerships and nurturing the connection between governments and corporates to Aboriginal Australia. ISPT sponsor the KARI Leadership program, which equips Aboriginal people (or non-Aboriginal people who work across Aboriginal programs) with leadership skills, tools and knowledge to achieve personal or professional goals.
Our community committee
ISPT’s community program was established in 1999 to allow our team to support community groups and initiatives they are most passionate about. Our dedicated community committee manages submissions from team members and allocates financial contributions and support. We also encourage and coordinate donations of time, resources and expertise from our team.
