ISPT Fund tops in the Mercer/IPD Index in FY2018
ISPT’s 50 Lonsdale Street Property Trust (the Trust) is the top performing fund in the FY2018 MSCI/IPD All Property Index and has been for four years. The Trust is a special purpose vehicle created to develop and manage one of Melbourne’s leading commercial buildings.
The ISPT Retail Australia Property Trust (IRAPT) was ranked number one in the MSCI/IPD All Retail Index and has outperformed the All Property Index for the past five years. IRAPT is an open-ended portfolio of non-discretionary retail based neighbourhood and sub-regional shopping centres. As at 30 June 2018 the Trust had 35 centres.
