Richmond Marketplace refresh complete
Final works have been completed at Richmond Marketplace, NSW, pre Christmas with local residents set to benefit from the new features. The $11 million refurbishment is part of ISPT’s ongoing commitment to provide high-quality and convenient shopping experiences for local communities.
Customers will notice improvements to the Centre’s exterior spaces along March Street, as well as the expansion of the external courtyard with additional outdoor seating, a community accessible amphitheatre and a new outdoor children’s play area.
ISPT’s General Manager, Retail Services Sam Curry said it is exciting to launch the new refurbished shopping centre to the local community. “Enhancing the offer for the community was a key aim in this refurbishment. We have already received great feedback and look forward to seeing local residents experience the refreshed and modernised centre and new facilities.”
