1 William Street wins Queensland’s top property award

We’re pleased to announce 1 William Street in Brisbane has won the Property Council of Australia’s Queensland Development of the Year Award.

The building, co-owned with Cbus Property, was praised for an innovative approach to development that delivers a striking addition to the Brisbane city skyline.

1 William Street was designed to accommodate the Queensland Government and Public Service, bringing multiple departments and locations together in one contemporary workspace. The building is one of Brisbane’s most environmentally-efficient office buildings, and took the global sustainability stage in 2018 when it was awarded a 6 Star Green Star performance rating.

1 William Street is a landmark structure that has provided much needed connectivity between the Brisbane River, the city and the Botanical gardens.
