Work is underway to revitalise 100 Creek Street in Brisbane, owned by ISPT since 1998 and home to NAB for the past 20 years.
The transformation will take advantage of Brisbane’s sub-tropical climate, with pivot doors extending the lobby and bringing the outdoors in. The $10 million redevelopment includes new awnings and entry statements along with innovative digital artwork, inspired by local artists.
Michelle McNally, ISPT’s General Manager, Commercial Services says the adjacent laneway will be activated with market stalls and pop-ups, bringing new life to the precinct. “Our new vision for 100 Creek Street will inspire and delight our customers, and we look forward to transforming the space, evolving the building and bringing the vision to life. Our customers at 100 Creek Street will benefit from purpose-designed end of trip facilities and extensive upgrades to the bathrooms and lobbies on each floor.
Works are anticipated to be complete by Q3 2019.
