Health offer for neighbourhood retail centres
ISPT has plans to embed health and wellbeing hubs across its neighbourhood shopping centres.
Cameron Gregson, Fund Manager, ISPT Retail Australia Property Trust said: “The nature of retail is changing and there is both opportunity and capacity for the neighbourhood shopping centre to serve a broader purpose in the community. These Centres are more convenient for people to visit, shop and work.
Our research shows there is an opportunity to integrate traditional offerings including food and beverage with holistic health and wellbeing services, and when these services more readily available to local communities, it’s a valuable alternative to medical and hospital precincts.”
