Industrial property acquired

ISPT has acquired 44 Clunies Ross Street, Prospect, NSW, a 12.9 hectare brownfield parcel of industrial zoned land located approximately 30km west of the Sydney CBD. The property is leased to Austral Masonry

Daryl Browning, ISPT’s CEO said “The acquisition of 44 Clunies Ross Street is a strategic fit for the ISPT Core Fund, the property is in a prime location, with proximity to transport arterials supporting access to port, airport, intermodals and distribution networks including the M4 motorway, M4/M7 interchange and Westconnex.”
