Industrial site acquired in Dandenong South

ISPT has acquired 7 and 7a Princes Highway in Dandenong South, VIC. The site is a freehold land holding of 122,000 sqm, with prominent exposure to Princes Highway. 

 ISPT plan to redevelop the site into a premium logistics estate whilst honouring the heritage of the site through retention of significant historical buildings and vegetation.

Tim Jackson, General Manager, Industrial at ISPT said:
