Interchange Industrial Estate acquired

ISPT has acquired three office warehouses and five vacant land lots in the Interchange Industrial Estate located on Bruce Highway, Narangba in Queensland.
The acquisition has a GLA of 11,097 sqm.
The Interchange Industrial Estate is in the outer, northern suburb of Brisbane, approximately 30 kilometres from the CBD.
