ISPT acquires retail centre at 206 Bourke Street

ISPT has acquired 206 Bourke Street, Melbourne a six level retail, hospitality and office complex located in Melbourne’s Chinatown district.
Sam Curry, ISPT’s General Manager, Retail Services said: “The acquisition of 206 Bourke Street complements ISPT’s existing Melbourne CBD retail holdings of Melbourne’s GPO, The Strand Melbourne and Midtown. 206 Bourke Street has great potential with its large land holding fronting Bourke and Little Bourke Streets.”
