ISPT welcomes new talent to reshaped Executive Leadership Team

ISPT is proud to welcome a trio of industry leading new talent to its recently reshaped Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and celebrate the elevation of Steven Peters to the newly formed role of Chief Sustainability Officer.

The newest ELT members include:

• Matthew Brown, Group Executive, Head of Funds Management, who will focus on driving product innovation and fund performance
• William Walker, Chief Investment and Development Officer, who will unlock value within the existing portfolio and fuel a proactive approach to new opportunities
• Amanda Steele, who joins as Group Executive, Head of Property, to drive a step change in consolidated property services delivery
• Steven Peters, Chief Sustainability Officer – reinforcing the importance of ESG for ISPT, our investors and customers

Working with CEO Chris Chapple and the broader ELT, Matthew, William, Amanda and Steven will seek to accelerate ISPT’s transformation agenda and next wave of growth.

The foundations of transformation have already been laid. Following his appointment as CEO last October, Chris has driven a prioritisation of capability building, evolving how ISPT does business, and simplifying the organisation’s structure to unlock efficiencies.

Alongside this, the business has been focused on efficient and effective portfolio management, underpinned by diverse products, and investment across geographies and asset types that are defensive and can produce a combination of both alpha and beta returns.
