Mango Hill Market Place acquired
ISPT has acquired Mango Hill Market Place, Qld, a metropolitan Neighbourhood shopping centre, located approximately 25 km north of the Brisbane CBD from Horizon Capital Management.
Mango Hill Market Place opened in December 2014 and is anchored by a Coles supermarket and complemented by 15 specialty retailers, 4 office and 5 external tenancies.
Cameron Gregson, Fund Manager, IRAPT said “Mango Hill Market Place is positioned in a strong northern growth corridor of Brisbane located within a solid economic hub. This acquisition delivers on the IRAPT fund strategy of purchasing dominant convenience based food and service neighbourhood centres. The Centre is very accessible through a recently opened train station, excellent road system and the onsite undercover car park.”
