Stage 1 earthworks of Barracks at Metroplex
ISPT has completed the first stage of major construction works at Barracks at Metroplex, Wacol, a prime Logistics & Warehousing estate in South Brisbane’s Industrial precinct. Strategically located and ideally positioned, the estate is close to three major arterial roads and an established logistics market.
Stage 2 commencing soon
The newly completed earthworks have paved the way for construction to commence on two warehouse facilities covering 31,080 sqm. A further 86,000 sqm of prime grade facilities are also planned for the 23 ha site, which will total 117,000 sqm when fully developed.
