Workplaces, dogs and flexibility

We recognise that our properties are most meaningful when they serve our communities, and we create inclusive, accessible spaces for everyone to enjoy. For us, true inclusion is about everyone being able and welcome to enjoy our properties.

This year ISPT has facilitated co-creation workshops with our tenant partners across Australia, to help us design and deliver better workplaces that anticipate their needs and engage their people. We know inclusive spaces are a top priority for organisations and key to attraction and retention of talent, as well as supporting mental health and resilience.

Pet parents are also catered for in ISPT properties with our Paw Club inspiring workplaces to offer more choice and flexibility.

Letitia Hope, Partnership Experience Lead at ISPT said

“We know pet ownership increased significantly over the last few years as people spent more time at home and formed strong bonds with their pets. As an inclusive and community minded owner, we’re making our offices better and more flexible places to be by making our office portfolio dog friendly.”

One of our Paw Club sites is 477 on Pitt Street in Sydney Tash Do, Customer Experience & Operations Manager from Stone & Chalk said

“The Paw Club has helped provide more work/life balance, encouraging our team to work from the office without worrying about leaving their dogs home alone.”

Paw Club is fostering new connections throughout precincts and enhancing our communities.
