1 William Street receives world leadership Green Star performance rating
1 William Street in Brisbane, the government occupied building in Brisbane’s parliamentary precinct, took the global sustainability stage recently when it was awarded a 6-Star Green Star performance rating.
The two year old building, jointly owned by ISPT and CBUS Property, is one of only 16 buildings in Australia to receive this top level certification.
ISPT’s acting General Manager, Commercial Services, Craig Blake said achieving this rating reflects strongly on the environmental credentials and capabilities of the ISPT/CBUS joint venture team, from initiation and development though to ongoing management of the asset.
