Practical completion of Melbourne warehouse for Officeworks
ISPT has reached practical completion on the purpose-built warehouse for Officeworks at PortLink Logistics Estate, Altona North in Melbourne.
Completed in November 2022, the 41,100 sqm warehouse is designed to meet net-zero operation requirements and is targeting a 5 Star Green Star Design & As-Built Rating. Powered by renewable energy, it includes a substantial 200kw solar system, electric vehicle charging and extensive energy monitoring systems.
