Construction milestone for Barracks at Metroplex

ISPT and our partners, Aliro and Vaughan Construction, celebrated the official sod turn at Barracks at Metroplex in Wacol, Qld. This follows completion of major earthworks in June and marks an important milestone for the strategically located estate.

Developing a sustainable future

Barracks at Metroplex is one of several estates in ISPT’s development pipeline targeting 5 Star Green Star Design and As Built certification. This rating represents healthy, productive, resilient and sustainable buildings with features that reduce the operational costs for our customers.

ISPT are continuing to seek tenants for the two warehouse facilities comprising 31,080 sqm, due for completion in mid 2022. Barracks at Metroplex is one of 9 estates and 200ha currently under development across the portfolio.
