270 Pitt Street is an A Grade office tower in Sydney’s CBD. The building has 25 levels of office accommodation, a ground floor foyer, mezzanine and basement parking.
In July 2024, ISPT announced it would commence it’s third major office retrofit, with a $170 million investment to redevelop 270 Pitt Street to deliver 22,660sqm of office space, while retaining the building’s internal structure and existing facade.
Part of the retrofit will include a redesigned ground floor public realm featuring a new cafe and bar, business lounge, seminar room and a stronger pedestrian link at street level, creating a warm and welcoming entry statement. Cox Architects has been appointed as lead architect on the ground-floor realm and retail spaces, and Built have been appointed as the construction partner.
