ISPT’s team work on some of the largest property projects in Australia, with each sector fulfilling a different market need and ensuring we have the diversity and resourcing to deliver returns for our Investors and their members. Meet the people who are leading these sectors and guiding our teams to create growth for people and places through property.

Nicole Ward
General Manager, Commercial Services

Nicole leads our Commercial Services team, delivering on the strategy, investment management and overall performance of ISPT’s commercial portfolio. She joins us from Charter Hall and Macquarie Bank and brings over 22 years’ experience in property and funds management.

With a particular emphasis on CBD commercial, Nicole has a strong focus on customer relationships, asset strategy, project leasing, capital transactions, precinct curation and development interface.

Rob Pepicelli
General Manager, Healthcare & Life Sciences

Rob is leading ISPT’s move into healthcare and life sciences property, responding to future market needs and emerging opportunities through strategic partnerships with healthcare, life sciences and community service providers.

Rob has over 30 years’ experience developing and executing investment strategies and managing portfolios across a range of key markets and sectors. His strategic research into the future drivers of real estate laid the foundation that brought Healthcare & Life Sciences property to life.

Tim Jackson
General Manager, Logistics & Warehousing

Tim has recently been appointed to head up our Logistics & Warehousing team, delivering on the strategy, investment management and overall performance of the portfolio. He also oversees ISPT’s large logistics and warehousing development pipeline which covers 200 ha across NSW, QLD, VIC and SA.

Tim has over 15 years’ experience in the industrial sector and has managed portfolios for Dexus, Goodman and AMP Capital. He brings substantial national experience in portfolio strategy, leasing, capital transactions and development interface.

Sam Curry
General Manager, Retail Services

Sam heads up ISPT’s Retail Investment and Leasing teams and oversees a diverse portfolio of around 70 retail properties across Australia, from local neighbourhood centres to large sub-regional, regional and CBD properties and precincts.

Sam has over 25 years’ property and investment management experience across both commercial and retail sectors, including 15 years with ISPT. He sees the challenges of an evolving retail landscape as an opportunity for ISPT to diversify income streams and capture alternative revenue that complements our core retail assets.

“We have the chance to really partner with our retailers and help them solve some of their biggest logistics issues and consumer demands, whether through logistics hubs for online fulfilment or ensuring we have good coverage of mixed-use properties and precincts. This is an exciting time for the retail team to strengthen relationships with customers and work together on diversification opportunities.”
