Chris Chapple starts as new ISPT CEO
Chris brings over 25 years of property industry experience to the role. Most recently he was CEO of 151 Property and, before that, held senior roles at Charter Hall, as well as time at JLL and Multiplex.
Chris Chapple said: “I’m really proud and excited to be leading the team at ISPT, taking the business into its next chapter. I look forward to working with our board, our people and our key stakeholders to deliver on our exciting transformation strategy.
The group is a well-regarded, strong performing business and there are many opportunities to build on the business’ solid foundations. Over the next few months, I am keen to engage with our teams across Australia and ISPT’s key stakeholders, especially our investors, which include some of Australia’s largest industry superannuation funds.
I look forward to hearing their views on how we can partner to enable outstanding outcomes, while evolving our product offering and continuing to deliver excellent returns for our investor’s members, who comprise more than half of all working Australians.”
ISPT Chair Rosemary Hartnett said the board is looking forward to working with Chris, whose appointment was announced in May, following the decision by longstanding CEO Daryl Browning to step down.
“We are confident Chris will bring his trademark energy and drive to ISPT, engage our stakeholders, and lead our employees to deliver on our strategy while maintaining our commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives.”
