THE CATEGORIES
Customer and Community

Recognises projects that innovate and improve on the experience and enjoyment of those who lease our space (Customers) and those who work, shop at or visit our properties (Community).

Environmental, Social and Governance

Celebrates work that embodies our commitment to creating better futures today. For example, promoting environmental practices, enhancing the wellbeing of people in our properties and demonstrating responsible supply chain management.

Operational Excellence

Spotlights operational and business partners who go above and beyond in service or delivery. This could include operational activities, process improvements, reporting enhancement, capex projects or engineering upgrades.

HOW TO NOMINATE
Work with your General Managers, Centre Managers and PIMs to nominate your team. You can submit more than one nomination, and all teams must:
  • Choose a project or achievement from FY2022 (1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022)

  • Explain how it has enhanced customer experience, use and satisfaction of the property

  • Provide examples that support your Award category and include references to financial outcomes where relevant

  • Include high resolution (3mb+), high quality photos: 1-2 of your team and 2-5 of the project, event or activation
