Diversity and inclusion are integral to our culture at ISPT and our workplace is welcoming, respectful and embraces the diversity each team member brings. Our People & Culture Team leads the implementation of ISPT’s Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and Policy in conjunction with our Diversity and Inclusion Group.
We have achieved our target gender balance and are now focused on greater female representation at senior leadership level. Female representation on our board stands well above the ASX target of 40%, a benchmark we have met since 2012.
