Next stage of Interchange Industrial Estate begins

Construction is underway at Interchange Industrial Estate, Narangba, QLD, as we focus on bringing the next warehouse in this premium estate to life. This is one of the final development stages of the Estate, with the previous stage completed in July 2020.

ISPT has secured a number of high profile customers for Interchange Industrial Estate, and we’re taking enquiries for the new warehouse, which is a single tenancy of 4,949 sqm.
