Located in Sydney’s Tech Central precinct, 477 is a work hub attracting thinkers, creatives and problem solvers who push the boundaries. 477 is proud to be part of a broader community supporting women and advocating for change and equality in the tech industry.

ISPT’s CEO, Chris Chapple, was honoured to present the Advocacy Award to Code Like a Girl, a social enterprise providing women with the confidence, tools, knowledge and support to enter and flourish in the world of coding.

Chris Chapple said:

“On behalf of ISPT and our team at 477, I congratulate Code Like a Girl for their commitment to providing a pathway for women to build their coding careers and for creating a supportive community for interns and peers.

Code Like a Girl is a powerhouse tech company that is being celebrated for the work they’re doing to drive conversations about the importance of women in tech and creating more opportunities for women to break into the industry.”

As a responsible building owner, ISPT is revolutionising the workplace experience with a $70 million reimagination underway at 477 that will deliver dynamic, next-generation spaces designed to encourage connection, collaboration and creativity.
