Portlink Logistics Estate reaches practical completion
In July 2023, ISPT marked the official completion of the Portlink Logistics Estate in Altona North, Victoria, delivering prime assets across three final lots and a market-leading Green Star accreditation.
Practical completions included:
- 10,205sqm A-Grade industrial facility at 5 Horsburgh Drive for new tenant partner BDP (Building Design Partnership Ltd) Asia-Pacific
- 9,993sqm intermodal logistics facility at 81 Horsburgh Drive for new tenant partner Team Global Express
- 7,325sqm for the Circular Plastics Australia (PET) joint venture formed by Pact Group Holdings Ltd, Cleanaway Waste Management, Asahi Beverages, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Victoria’s largest plastic recycling facility, set to recycle the equivalent of 1 billion 600ml plastic bottles annually, and
- A 5 Star Green Star – Design and As Built rating from Green Building Council of Australia at 75 Horsburgh Drive
