ISPT is revitalising 18 Marcus Clarke Street and 7 London Circuit to create Canberra’s newest commercial precinct, Pathway Place. Development works have begun on Stage 1 and 2, which includes the ground floor at 7 London Circuit and the William Clemens streetscape. The precinct will connect people and places through an activated pedestrian plaza in Canberra’s City West.
A lively and enriching destination
Pathway Place aims to transform a re-emerging corner of our capital city, with new flexible working and dining spaces, wellness centre and retail offerings. As part of the revival, ISPT is working with some of Australia’s most respected artists, landscape designers and place-makers. We’ve secured our first tenant partner at 18 Marcus Clarke Street and look forward to welcoming more to their new home.
Nicole Ward, General Manager of Commercial Services says
“We’re excited for Commonwealth of Australia to join us in what will be a rejuvenated and contemporary space. ISPT is designing Pathway Place to breathe new life into the area and offer meaningful value to our tenant partners and the wider community. It’s a place where people will be able to work, connect or reset in beautiful, landscaped spaces.”
The Pathway Place redevelopment will enhance connection between the future stage 2 light rail stop on London Circuit through to the Australian National University, adding an extra layer of convenience and connection to Canberra CBD.
