ISPT has lodged a development application for the refurbishment and repositioning of 477 Pitt Street, Sydney. The refurbishment plans include an update of the entrances and the re-cladding of the building facade.
477 Pitt is located in Sydney’s newest technology precinct which will deliver 25,000 new innovation jobs and approx 250,000 sqm of space for technology companies. The NSW Government is making a significant investment into the area including the new Sydney Light Rail and Metro Train.
The design plans for 477 Pitt Street will create a work space and shared amenity for technology business to thrive, and provide the style of spaces that suits the creative and innovative way the tech sector works.
