ISPT to deliver development projects with Roberts Co

ISPT has reached an agreement with Roberts Co and works will resume in early April across ISPT’s Melbourne development projects.  The agreement will see Sydney based Roberts Co establishing a Victorian presence and engaging Probuild’s team and subcontractors.

The new partnership will include ISPT’s 500 Bourke Street project in the Melbourne CBD transforming the commercial office tower with a focus on blending work, lifestyle and wellbeing.

Chris McCluskey, General Manager, Development Services said: “ISPT is excited to deliver 500 Bourke Street with our new construction partner Roberts Co.  We have been able to maintain a mid 2023 delivery with minimal disruption to our original program.”

ISPT’s development projects at Karingal Hub completed in late 2021 and VU City Tower completed in early 2022 by Probuild, also welcome the Roberts Co team stepping in to provide post-completion support as required.

ISPT had previously worked with Probuild as a construction partner over the past 5 years on ISPT projects including 271 Spring Street, Melbourne and Karingal Hub in Frankston.
