Construction begins at Bessemer Business Park, NSW

ISPT has reached another milestone in our Logistics & Warehousing development pipeline, commencing construction of the first facility at Bessemer Business Park in Blacktown, NSW. A strategic infill redevelopment site, Bessemer Business Park is located in Sydney’s growing North West, with direct access to one of the main connection roads, the M7.

We’ve secured our first customer, who are taking 3,600 sqm of the 12,600 sqm facility, and we’re taking enquiries for the remaining 9,300 sqm.

In line with our commitment to Environmental, Safety and Governance best practice, the property will feature LED lighting, rainwater harvesting and a 99kw solar panel system on each tenancy.
