Chris leads the organisation to deliver on the Group strategy, maximising opportunities for our investors and ensuring ISPT continues to deliver strong, sustainable returns.
Chris is a strategic and growth-oriented executive with over 25 years of property industry experience, having held senior leadership positions at 151 Property, Charter Hall, JLL and Multiplex. Chris’s experience spans funds management, asset management and development.
Chris is a member of the Property Council of Australia (PCA) Champions of Change Coalition – Property Group, further reinforcing ISPT’s position to achieve greater gender equality in the industry and to increase the number of women in leadership roles.

Doug leads the Funds and Mandates business and brings over 20 years of experience in property investment and funds management.
Prior to joining ISPT, Doug was Head of Unlisted Property at Future Fund, leading the strategy and investments in global property. Doug brings deep global insights from investment experience across multiple markets including North America, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and Latin America.

Will Walker

Will Walker

Will is responsible for identifying and acquiring investment opportunities for the Funds and leads the business's development function, unlocking existing assets' development potential and seeking opportunistic pipeline to support long-term, sustainable returns for investors.
Will brings over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, having held senior roles at ASX listed property groups, Lendlease and Mirvac for 15 years. Most recently, Will was the Executive General Manager Development and Head of NSW for Cbus Property where he influenced the design and execution of the company strategy, with specific accountability for all activity related to driving Cbus Property’s development growth strategy and leading the NSW business.

Amanda leads the development and implementation of enhanced asset strategies across all sectors (portfolio of c140 assets), delivering strong, sustainable returns for our investors. Amanda plays an integral role in leading ISPT's property business and team to maximise the performance of the assets, enhance partnerships across the Group and oversee strategic research programs.
Amanda is a driven commercial leader with a strong track record in profit growth, transformational change and addressing persistent cultural and business problems for investor benefit. Most recently, Amanda was Executive Managing Director, Pacific, Property Management, where she was accountable for leading two of CBRE’s largest business lines in the Pacific region.
In 2019, Amanda was awarded the NSW Telstra Business Women’s Award (medium-large business).

Steven is responsible delivering ISPT’s Environment, Social and Governance Strategy, including ambitious targets to drive positive change for all stakeholders.
Steven brings 20 years’ experience delivering green building performance and sustainability solutions within the built environment. He was responsible for spearheading ISPT being the first Australian property company to achieve Carbon Neutrality.
Steven is a Non-executive Director on the Cleaning Accountability Framework (CAF) Board, is a member of the Property Council of Australia National Sustainability Roundtable and has participated in various working groups such as the Green Building Council of Australia Expert Reference Panel and the NABERS Advisory Panel. In 2023, Steven was named a Green Building Council of Australia Green Star Champion and was awarded the inaugural Property Council of Australia ESG Award, acknowledging his expertise and excellence in the industry.

Anton joined ISPT in 2024 as Chief Financial Officer, and is responsible for the finance, procurement, insurance, tax, treasury and valuation functions of the business.
Anton has over 17 years of experience across leading property and financial services firms including 151 Property, Dexus, CBA and PwC. He has deep experience in financial control, technical accounting, and M&A, as well as leading large teams. Before joining ISPT, Anton was the Chief Financial Officer for Revantage, a Blackstone portfolio company that provides corporate services support for Blackstone’s real estate portfolio in Australia and New Zealand.

Grainne is responsible for leading and driving ISPT’s Technology, Data and Optimisation strategy, providing the vision and leadership that helps ISPT leverage technologies to improve business operations and stakeholder experience. Grainne also oversees the Innovation function, driving market-leading initiatives to respond to investor and customer needs and addressing industry challenges to deliver continuous improvement and performance excellence.
Prior to ISPT, Grainne held Chief Information Officer roles at Lion, Jetstar Group and Sensis. She was also the Transition Director at Telstra, where she led the integration strategies for acquired organisations to the Telstra Group, focusing on maximising deal value for pre and post-acquisition activities.

Andrew is ISPT's Chief Legal, Risk and Safety Officer, leading the management of legal matters, risk mitigation strategies, governance, compliance and safety initiatives across the Group. Andrew provides expert guidance and leadership to promote a culture of compliance, risk awareness and safety across our workplaces and our portfolio of properties.
Andrew’s experience spans over 15 years leading legal, risk and safety teams across the property industry throughout the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining ISPT, Andrew was the Head of Legal, Asia Pacific at Cushman & Wakefield where he was accountable for the leadership, performance and development of the legal, risk and safety function across Asia Pacific as well as being a member of the Asia Pacific ExCo and Global Committees in the areas of HSE, Risk, Compliance and Commercial activity.
Andrew’s experience spans over 15 years leading legal, risk and safety teams across the property industry throughout the Asia Pacific region. Hazel is a change agent who is deeply passionate and skilled at driving cultural organisational change that enhances capability, performance and employee engagement.

Madeleine leads the Marketing & Corporate Affairs function to position ISPT as the first choice for investors, partners and people in property. Madeleine’s remit oversees the execution of the Group brand, marketing, communications and industry relations strategy, and Fund and portfolio marketing and communications activity to enhance the performance of our assets, deliver sustainable returns for our investors and drive reputation outcomes for ISPT.
Madeleine has over 15 years’ experience in the development and successful implementation of cross-sector business and marketing strategies. Before joining ISPT, Madeleine held senior leadership brand, marketing and place strategy roles at the NSW Government and Lendlease where she was responsible for driving the go-to-market strategies and portfolio performance across major mixed-use developments and the office, retail and industrial sectors.
