405 Bourke Street transforms a section of the Melbourne CBD with a new commercial precinct featuring a 39-level office building and retail. The precinct also includes Makers Lane, which connects Little Collins and Bourke Street, providing a mix of both convenience, food and beverage offers.

The office tower comprises of 66,000sqm of A Grade office space which completed in 2021, with NAB occupying 100% of the building.

The building also feature high levels of sustainability, having achieved 6 Star Green Star Design & As-Built rating, 5.5 Star NABERS Energy and 5 Star NABERS Water and 6 Star NABERS Indoor Environment.
