Epicentre, Riverside Corporate Park, is a proposed development of an office park with three A Grade commercial buildings in a campus-style setting in North Ryde. Each of the three buildings will provide six levels of office accommodation.

The development includes campus-style grounds, courtyards, landscaping, recreational areas, a childcare centre and a central cafe.

North Ryde is located 16 km north of the Sydney CBD.
