Karingal Hub is a sub-regional shopping centre undergoing a $160 million redevelopment.

Stage One of the redevelopment has been completed with a market style fresh food experience featuring more than 15 fresh food and speciality retailers, including a 750sqm MarketPlace Fresh Grocer. A newly designed Woolworths plus brand-new Coles and Aldi supermarkets underpin the specialty food stores, all conveniently located in one precinct.

Stage Two of the development delivered a host of new mini majors including Cotton On, TK Maxx and Glue Store along with over forty fashion and lifestyle retailers. The final stage of the development will deliver a vibrant new dining and entertainment community precinct alongside the existing Village Cinemas, scheduled to be complete in early 2023.

The Centre boasts the only Big W on the Mornington Peninsula and 130 speciality retailers.
